From 25 June to 29 June 2014, there will once more be a touch of Mediterranean zest in the air: il TAVOLO Food Festival – Zurich’s Table returns already for the third time to the city on the River Limmat.
So take a seat at the long communal table, enjoy top innovative and creative Swiss gastronomy with a shot of Italianità and look forward to some fabulous, fun cooking events.
Top chefs from the il TAVOLO’s host hotels (Baur au Lac, Eden au Lac, Park Hyatt Zürich, Storchen Zürich, The Dolder Grand and Widder Hotel) will be creating a unique banquet alongside this year’s guest chefs. As to which TAVOLA you would prefer to feast at, well, the choice is yours: il-tavolo.ch
In the evening we serve you a delicious Chateaubriand (for two or more people) from the Heritage Angus beef in our Rôtisserie.
The first course will be accompanied by mascarpone risotto, a vegetable variation and béarnaise sauce, the second course by fried potatoes, a vegetable variation and red wine sauce.
